What is Arising in you Now? Reclaiming Vulnerability for Deepened Connection

Dearest Divine Soul,

My deepest heartfelt apologies for almost completely disappearing from this online world.

That means I lost the pulse of connection between you, dear reader and the musings of my inner spheres.

Since I am a woman ruled by nature, the changing of the season, Winter pulled me into a deeply inward time to FEEL.

To be honest, since the Solar and Lunar Eclipses in October, I have been in a process of releasing old stuck emotions and barriers to my heart.

Barriers that have calcified over time since my ‘Twin Flame’ break up in 2017.

You see, when we open our hearts as wide as the Universe, and let LOVE pour into every cell and crevice of our bodies, and don’t have the orientation of SELF… well when that human love goes away…there can be a catastrophic rubberband effect.

The bigger the expansion, the bigger the contraction.

Let’s just say as much as I had thought I had fully felt that pain (I spent two years in intensive mourning!)

I still had some dense layers to feel.

So as nature does, it turns another wheel, and we get to descend into the underworld and retrieve our lost…
